Here’s what you’d learn about me at a cocktail party/networking reception —
My debut book, The Start Of It All, is about cultivating authenticity, resilience, and empowerment at the dawn of adulthood in your 20s, and you can check it out here. It’s full of stories from my 20s, and questions to help you reflect on the person you’re becoming. People who are not in their 20s have loved it too!
My work has also been featured in Smith and Kraus’ Best Women’s Stage Monologues of 2022
I have 7 + years of experience in marketing, fundraising, consulting, project management, and operations for nonprofits + education, wellness, and arts and culture spaces (high-touch D2C companies to be exact!)
Before all that, I was a NYT featured actor.
Here’s what you’d learn about me at a more intimate gathering —
I had 20+ very different jobs in my 20s. I’ve done a lot of different things. I didn’t always see the throughline. I was making it up as I went. A lot of the time, I felt very lost, even though I looked very put together.
Beyond all the titles and job descriptions, I’m a storyteller, creative problem solver, and entrepreneurial thinker.
My diverse background offers me a deeply unique and holistic perspective.
Here’s what you’d learn about if we were hanging out on my living room floor —
I've had high highs and low lows. I've battled depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder. I've dealt with burnout, low self-esteem, self-doubt, and perfectionism. I’ve experienced unexpected obstacles that could have taken me down.
I write about what it means to be authentic, vulnerable, nuanced, and messy on my blog, Wild Cozy Free.
